Great location on the beach with lots of restaurants nearby. Staff are super nice and helpful. Room was great and housekeeping did a great job. We loved the live band Mix n Match - they really livened up the evenings. Swimming pool was big and lots of activities for the children. Also loved the adult’s infinity pool and Suasana Spa!

We liked everything: the facilities, the location next to the beach, the room, and the hospitality. Specially Mr. Aziman who was a great help to us during our stay and was a life saver. The staff are generally hospitable and very kind and supportive. This resort is fully recommended.

We loved our stay at the Parkroyal. Clean, comfortable room, fabulous pool and facilities, great location on the quieter beach with just a 10 minute walk to the main beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the restaurant went over and above to accommodate our daughter's gluten free (coeliac) diet. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Friendly, courteous, and helpful satff. The front office was excellent and tried their best to provide the best possible stay for the guest. I was fortunate that Emma was very helpful and had a friendly disposition while communicating. She was also patient and tried her best to resolve any issues that arise. The breakfast spread was excellent with a great variety of food to choose from. The staff worked hard to keep things clean and presentable with their ever friendly smile. The housekeeping did a great job to ensure that the room was always clean and replenish the bottled water daily. Although the price is a bit steep, it was value for money. A great and wonderful stay at Park Royal, Langkawi.

This is a brand new hotel, clean and modern, located on a beautiful stretch of beach. There is a massive pool on the main floor and a super cool infinity pool overlooking the ocean on the 5th floor. Ordering room service, snacks/drinks from the beach or pool are done using a barcode, which links to an app to place your order. Very convenient and efficient...I can't wait for all restaurants/resorts to implement this.

Everything was awesome. Everything's still clean as the property just opened in Feb 2023. Convenient - near to the beach, walkable to Pantai Cenang. View is beautiful. Wish I had a higher floor though as the pool was at level 5 and the noise from the pool and the grass cutting machine noise were a tad audible (noisy) for me.

a) Our family (2 adults & 2 teens) were at Premium Seaview Room (2 King Size Beds, corner unit). Very spacious and comfortable. Even though it was 2nd floor, sea view was amazing. Aircon was cooling almost immediately after entering room. b) The infinity pool was relaxing and offered great sea awesome. The large pool at ground floor was good too. c) Staff was friendly and welcoming. d) Easy parking with our rental car, check in and check out. e) Loved the madelines, pancakes and waffles.

The rooms were immense, very spacious, very modern, and with awesome views, especially at sunset! The food was good, and the location in Langkawi was super, especially for the beach. The price of alcohol in the hotel was decent, with a couple of shops nearby for other options, including snacks... The restaurant at the front of the hotel was excellent, with super service and ambiance too.

We had a fantastic stay and it was perfect for our family with kids! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized, including the check-in and check-out process. Our kids absolutely loved the play area, swimming pool, and the beach. There were plenty of activities to keep them entertained, making it an enjoyable and relaxing experience for us as parents. The environment was peaceful, clean, and family-friendly, creating a comfortable atmosphere for everyone. The food was excellent, with a great selection that pleased both adults and children. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided all the comforts we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
