We had a fantastic stay and it was perfect for our family with kids! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized, including the check-in and check-out process. Our kids absolutely loved the play area, swimming pool, and the beach. There were plenty of activities to keep them entertained, making it an enjoyable and relaxing experience for us as parents. The environment was peaceful, clean, and family-friendly, creating a comfortable atmosphere for everyone. The food was excellent, with a great selection that pleased both adults and children. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided all the comforts we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Friendly, courteous, and helpful satff. The front office was excellent and tried their best to provide the best possible stay for the guest. I was fortunate that Emma was very helpful and had a friendly disposition while communicating. She was also patient and tried her best to resolve any issues that arise. The breakfast spread was excellent with a great variety of food to choose from. The staff worked hard to keep things clean and presentable with their ever friendly smile. The housekeeping did a great job to ensure that the room was always clean and replenish the bottled water daily. Although the price is a bit steep, it was value for money. A great and wonderful stay at Park Royal, Langkawi.

Exceptional standard of accommodation. Two sparkling pools (all ages and adults only.) The resort has been designed to provide shade and also draw the cooling breeze through the common areas. Situated right on the beach and located an easy walk to restaurants, massage and entertainment. Onsite buffet restaurant offered a great selection at breakfast and lunch, we often ate at nearby restaurants for dinner. We had a birthday dinner for my wife at “Lancava” the five-star restaurant onsite. The quality of food, attention and friendliness of the staff made for an unforgettable night.

This is a brand new hotel, clean and modern, located on a beautiful stretch of beach. There is a massive pool on the main floor and a super cool infinity pool overlooking the ocean on the 5th floor. Ordering room service, snacks/drinks from the beach or pool are done using a barcode, which links to an app to place your order. Very convenient and efficient...I can't wait for all restaurants/resorts to implement this.
